Client Success Manager (Asia)
We’re looking for a motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Prague.
Responsibilities:
- Manage independently a portfolio of 100+ clients
- Building and improving relationships with new and existing clients (new clients that are brought in the company by Sales department)
- Maintaining a strong relationship external with the clients and internal with different departments (marketing, compliance, sales)
- Daily b2b communication via chat and video calls
- Focus on growing the revenue and achieving a win-win result in order to secure a healthy long term relationship
- Manage independently the promotions given to the clients

Job Description
- In this role, you’ll independently manage a portfolio of 100+ clients, ensuring strong relationships, consistent growth, and long-term success. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Sales to deliver exceptional service and results.
Qualifications
- Ability to find contacts (no cold calling, we work with existing clients only)
- Proven communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to do multitasking and to grow the relationship and revenue with multiple clients at the same time
- Good English (written and spoken) + Asian Language (Chinese, Korean, Filipino, etc.)
- Creative and self-learner
- Data and revenue-driven person
