Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing;
- Managing client relationships and upselling;
- Representing the company at industry events and business trips;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Working in Monday.com and updating CRM records.

Job Description
- As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing the full sales cycle in the iGaming industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products and services, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You'll work closely with internal teams, attend industry events, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced, international environment. The position reports directly to the Sales Leadership team and offers a clear growth path to Senior Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales / account management
- Experience in iGaming is required
- Background in working with game providers, affiliates, or payment services is a big plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in one foreign language — e.g., Spanish, German, Italian, Czech, Portuguese, Swedish (also English is a must)
- Comfortable working in a CRM (preferably Monday.com)
- Familiar with AI tools (as a plus)
- Strong soft skills, proactive, and independent
