SMM (Peru) Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram account and other social channels in Peru.
- Create and execute a social media roadmap aligned with product news, industry trends, and influencer campaigns.
- Write and publish posts, short videos, and infographics that resonate with Peruvian audiences.
- Actively monitor and engage with comments, discussions, and local iGaming/fintech conversations.
- Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and media accounts to expand reach and visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with Affiliate, PR, SEO, Events, Design, and Account Managers.
- Track and report on performance metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, and conversions.
- Monitor competitors and share insights for continuous improvement of strategy.

Job Description
- We are looking for a creative, data-driven part-time Social Media Manager to grow and manage our social presence in Peru for a globally recognized iGaming brand. The role focuses on localized content creation, influencer collaboration, and community engagement to increase brand visibility and drive measurable results in the LATAM market.
Qualifications
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English (B2+),
- 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media channels
- Strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, and engagement strategies
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma or similar tools) to produce independent visual content
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging posts, memes, reels, and carousels
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience within iGaming, CRM, or AI tools is an advantage
