B2B Account Manager
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a game provider or casino platform.
- Exposure to game launch planning or marketing activations.
- Ability to work with CRM systems, dashboards, or BI tools.
- Experience with integrations or technical communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned B2B partners (online casino operators).
- Act as the main point of contact for operational, commercial, and strategic account matters.
- Analyze partner performance, monitor KPIs, and present regular business reviews.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant product features and upcoming game releases.
- Coordinate internal communication between Product, Tech Support, Integrations, QA, and Marketing teams.
- Support partners during integrations, updates, and game launch cycles.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at major iGaming events (ICE, SiGMA, SBC) and build strong industry networks.

- We are looking for a proactive B2B Account Manager to build and grow long-term relationships with online casino partners for a globally recognized, award-winning iGaming company. The role focuses on partner performance, KPI analysis, game launches, and cross-team coordination to deliver outstanding, player-centered gaming experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in iGaming in a B2B environment (Account Manager / Partner Manager / Customer Success).
- Understanding of online casino industry mechanics, game providers, and operator KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, structured, responsible, and client-oriented.
