Client Success Manager
Responsibilities:
- Researching and acquiring contacts of the key projects.
- Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects.
- Cooperation with the client in promoting our game portfolio.
- Responsibility for the development of healthy customer relationships building trust and transparency with clients.
- Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners' websites.
- Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients' web pages.
- Maintaining the full portfolio of features integrated with the clients.
- Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client's setups.
- Supporting and helping clients with the problem-solving of the tasks related to the account management team.
- Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients.
- Upsell services and products with the brand image.
- Encourage customers to upgrade their products.
- Promoting customer loyalty.
- Collecting and providing the requested technical and compliance-related information from/to the client.

Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Manager with a background in affiliate management from any industry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of affiliate marketing and a track record of building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- 2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship management
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in any industry, with a strong preference for the casino or gaming sectors.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and engagement.
