Client Success Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and acquiring contacts of the key projects.
  • Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects.
  • Cooperation with the client in promoting our game portfolio.
  • Responsibility for the development of healthy customer relationships building trust and transparency with clients.
  • Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners' websites.
  • Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients' web pages.
  • Maintaining the full portfolio of features integrated with the clients.
  • Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client's setups.
  • Supporting and helping clients with the problem-solving of the tasks related to the account management team.
  • Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients.
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image. 
  • Encourage customers to upgrade their products.
  • Promoting customer loyalty.
  • Collecting and providing the requested technical and compliance-related information from/to the client.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Manager with a background in affiliate management from any industry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of affiliate marketing and a track record of building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship management
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in any industry, with a strong preference for the casino or gaming sectors.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and engagement.
