Head of Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee 5 Account Management teams across multiple offices.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with company objectives.
- Mentor Team Leads and drive talent development: recruit, train, and retain top performers.
- Ensure excellence in client servicing across all segments (Tier 1-3), maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
- Support escalation management for high-value clients as senior point of contact.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives in cooperation with Commercial and Product teams.
- Define and execute global Account Management strategy aligned with company growth.
- Optimize account coverage, workload distribution, and standardize client lifecycle processes.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to maximize revenue and enhance client experience.
- Contribute to revenue forecasts and negotiate key strategic accounts.

Job Description
- To lead the global Account Management function, we are looking for a Head of Account Management who will oversee 5 teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of managing a team or department.
- Strong experience in Account Management and iGaming industry (provider/platform preferred).
- Experience managing large teams and stakeholder relationships.
- English C1 (fluent).
- Leadership, strategic thinking, people management, and coaching skills.
- Result-driven with strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
- Organized, responsible, and goal-achiever mindset.
