Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing existing clients in the region and increasing their overall performance
- Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients
- Develop and implement better game positions
- Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information
- Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients
- Managing promotions on assigned clients

Job Description
- Endorphina is looking for an Account Manager for the Greek market to nurture and grow relationships with existing B2B clients, enhance their performance, and drive business results. The ideal candidate has experience in iGaming account management, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in Greek and English.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer care or account management (CRM or related)
- Experience in iGaming industry on B2B side
- A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of English + Greek
