Account Manager (English + Thai Language)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the Asian market.
- Act as the main liaison for client communication, account updates, and support requests.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support).
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Report regularly on client feedback, account status, and performance to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen client relationships and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer care or account management, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Sales or market analysis background is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
