At Endorphina, long-term growth is built on relationships, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both partners and players. Few people embody this philosophy better than Anastasia Palizova, whose career path reflects the very essence of Client Success in iGaming.

When this interview with Gamblers Connect was conducted in September, Anastasia was working as a Client Success Manager at Endorphina, focusing on accelerating partner growth across diverse global regions. In October, just one month later, she stepped into a new role within the Account Management team, where she now works with larger strategic partners, applying and expanding the expertise she developed in Success Management.

Her journey offers a compelling case study in transferring high-level communication, analytical, and project management skills into one of the fastest-growing sectors of digital entertainment.

From Events to iGaming: A Natural Transition

Before entering iGaming, Anastasia built her career in B2B event management - a field rooted in coordination, communication, and understanding human behavior. With an academic background in anthropology, the transition to the fast-paced, people-centric iGaming industry was a logical fit when the opportunity arose at Endorphina.

“When the opportunity to move into iGaming appeared, I was drawn to the industry’s fast pace, constant learning, and the chance to continue working closely with people,” she explained.

Anastasia discussed how the speed and structure of the industry instantly impressed her. While decisions were often made within a single day, the onboarding process at Endorphina provided her with comprehensive training across promotional campaigns, finance, and technical processes.

What Client Success Really Means at Endorphina

Anastasia described Client Success as a role that is often misunderstood. At Endorphina, it functions as a growth engine rather than a maintenance role.

“Sales launch projects, Account Managers maintain them, and Success Managers grow them.”

Anastasia distinguished her role, explaining how Client Success Managers work with projects that are already live but have not yet reached their full potential.

“Our task is to grow the project, test different strategies, monitor results, and push for long-term success rather than short-term spikes. Once a project reaches a stable level, it moves to an Account Manager for ongoing support.”

Turning Visibility into Performance

A large part of Client Success lies in ensuring games don’t just exist in a lobby - they stand out.

Anastasia highlighted the importance of strong positioning through top categories, trending sections, and early inclusion of new releases. Pre-releases, in particular, have shown strong results, especially in unregulated markets.

“We also use Free Spins, banners, newsletters, app notifications - everything that helps capture player attention. Tournaments play a big role as well; combined with Free Spins, they significantly increase engagement. We collaborate with platforms like Gamblers Connect for additional exposure through screenshots and promo placements,” said Anastasia.

Why There’s No Universal Growth Formula

Forecasting performance in iGaming is never straightforward. According to Anastasia, it’s a highly complex and individualized process due to the variable nature of traffic and engagement. She emphasized that the role requires continuous adaptation and experimentation, using internal prioritization and negotiating special conditions to stimulate growth where a project is lacking.

“There’s no perfect formula,” she noted. “It’s a constant process of communication and experimentation.”

GEO Differences and Growth Signals

Based on her experience, Anastasia observed that regional nuances play a key role in performance: CIS-focused projects often grow more organically, while LATAM markets typically require stronger promotional support and bonuses.

“Project size also matters. Smaller projects need continuous support and regular promos, but their growth is naturally limited by traffic. Results come step by step,” said Anastasia.

When asked about the defining characteristics of high growth potential, Anastasia identified three key indicators:

“First, a strong, user-friendly interface and technical stability: clean design, intuitive navigation, fast loading, no bugs. Second, openness to communication and collaboration. Third, a solid reputation: honest operations, transparent bonus rules, timely payouts, and positive feedback.”

Trust, she emphasized, directly affects the success of any promotional effort.

Balancing Growth with Compliance

Operating across multiple jurisdictions means Client Success must always align with regulatory frameworks. Anastasia credited Endorphina’s compliance team for providing timely updates and guidance, allowing the team to navigate limitations without slowing momentum.

Understanding what is possible, and where, ensures projects grow responsibly while remaining compliant in every market.

Relationships as a Competitive Advantage

In a saturated iGaming market, maintaining long-term partnerships is as important as acquiring new ones. For Anastasia, success begins with listening.

“I would say that our strongest suit is establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients,” said Anastasia. “It starts with the first conversation and lasts for a long time, beginning from the moment we identify our clients’ needs and propose options for growth, until we pass them to an account team (more often than not, we still stay in touch to maintain friendly relationships).”

Looking Ahead: Growth, Innovation, and Human Connection

Anastasia believes the future of Client Success will be defined by adaptability, customer orientation, resilience, and a genuine passion for growth. While automation and AI tools are becoming more prominent, she sees them as support - not replacements.

“Communication and negotiation are the cornerstones of our work, and I believe they cannot be eliminated with AI or any other future technology. Even more so, nowadays people get even more appreciation for human contact, and we, people in client-oriented roles, need to keep this in mind,” said Anastasia.

Now working with key accounts, she continues to build on her Client Success foundation while exploring new opportunities within Endorphina’s expanding ecosystem, from mobile slot games to new verticals like crash and instant games through the Klikz brand.

“In my experience, partners are excited and ready to include new types of games and broaden the scope of products they can offer to their clients. Open-mindedness and readiness to embrace changes are inherent to the iGaming industry. This is one of the reasons that makes our work so exciting,” she said.

A Career Worth Exploring

For anyone considering a career in iGaming, Anastasia’s advice is clear: try it.

“My first month in iGaming felt almost euphoric, so much new, exciting, and unexpected,” she recalls.

With its international environment, fast-paced innovation, and visible impact, iGaming offers a uniquely rewarding space for those who enjoy learning, problem-solving, and working with people.

At Endorphina, that philosophy is not just encouraged - it’s embedded in how projects grow.
