Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, streamers, and media platforms.
- Launch and optimize performance-driven campaigns (CPA, ROI, traffic quality).
- Execute co-marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, tournaments, content integrations).
- Analyze performance and optimize based on data (conversion, retention, ROI).
- Identify new partnership opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong campaign execution.

Job Description
- About the role: While affiliates, media platforms, and content partnerships remain part of the role, the primary emphasis is on building and scaling influencer-driven campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
Qualifications
- iGaming experience is mandatory.
- Strong background in B2C acquisition/performance marketing.
- Experience with affiliate programs and tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and traffic quality
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English.
