- L1/L2 user support (tickets, hardware/software issues).
- Workstation setup and maintenance (Windows/macOS).
- User and access management (AD/LDAP, O365).
- VPN, printers, basic network troubleshooting.
- Documentation of IT procedures and knowledge sharing.
- Ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
Requisitos
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with internal systems and documentation.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English, Czech A2, Russian.
