Partnership Manager (Game Aggregators)
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities and work closely with the Sales department to convert them into leads and launch projects.
- Build and developing relationships with aggregators.
- Penetrate and establish a strong presence in assigned regions/markets.
- Collaborate with the AM team to drive revenue growth for assigned projects.
- Proactively develop, maintain, and create new relationships with existing and new partners within assigned markets/regions.
- Acquire direct contacts with operators, streamers, and promoters.
- Establish an effective and solid network through regular calls, face-to-face meetings, participation in private events, and office visits.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and professional events locally and abroad throughout the year, in any continent/country required.
- Implement innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and projects to drive growth.
- Analyze commercial performance and data insights to proactively identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
- Collaborate closely with the AM, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams on various tasks to ensure growth and expansion.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics and achievements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of B2B experience within the iGaming industry.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering company and brand partner objectives and key results.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong communication and emotional intelligence.
- Strong networking skills with an extroverted personality, sociable nature, confidence, and outgoing demeanor.
- Collaborative teammate with excellent judgment and the ability to influence external decision-makers with diplomacy.
- Proactive and takes ownership, driving new initiatives to a conclusion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of an international team, and effectively prioritize and manage workload.
- Willingness to travel across the globe to participate in international events.
