- Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients.
- Develop and implement better game positions.
- Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information.
- Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients.
- Managing promotions on assigned clients.

Job Description
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve our revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management).
- Experience in iGaming industry is a plus.
- A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of English and Chinese language is mandatory.
