Senior Account Manager (Prague)

Location: Prague/Czech Republic

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Onboarding/ Training of the new coming account managers
• Collecting & sharing information and best practices about the industry news and changes separated per markets with the account management team
• Taking ownership of assigned projects and nurturing relationships with clients
• Developing existing brands and increasing their overall performance
• Directly maintaining client relations and negotiating the terms and conditions of cooperation with the assigned clients
• Developing and implementing better positions for our amazing games
• Maintaining updates with the market conditions and planning approaches using this information
• Providing statistical reports to clients and developing action plans for the clients
• Managing promotions on assigned clients

 

Think about applying, if:

• You have min 3 years of extensive experience in iGaming industry, and you worked either for a provider or an operator.
• You worked with the LATAM region, and you know how to do business and negotiate with the clients from this region;
• You excel in communication in foreign languages (Advanced English is a must, Spanish on a native or advanced level, and additional languages as a plus)
• You have a background in Customer Support, Sales, Business Development
• Niceto-have’s: you have a degree in Communications, Economics, or Business Administration, and you have experience with mentoring and coaching newcomers as a mentor, an interest in learning & development.
