Endorphina just keeps racking up those award nominations!
We’re very excited to announce that we have been nominated in not one, but two, prestigious categories in the upcoming Casino Guru Awards 2026 for achievements and innovations, to be announced in a gala ceremony on May 25 in Xara Lodge, Malta:
- Endorphina for Industry Culture Shaper
- Irina Veselkova for Young Changemaker Award
These highly respected awards, now entering their fourth year, aim to use Casino Guru's years of online gaming expertise, as a platform to give the industry's companies, hard workers, and innovative leaders the recognition they truly deserve for their dedication and inspiration in all areas.
The Industry Culture Shaper award recognizes the importance of a positive company culture where ethics, wellbeing, and growth are core policies. It showcases organizations that create initiatives with real impact, supporting personal and professional employee development, from mental-health programs to clear HR policies.
This includes employee satisfaction, retention rates, and productivity improvements encouraging a positive workplace culture, with influences outside the company, such as partnerships inspiring better practices across the industry, also considered.
The Young Changemaker Award is for professionals across all roles and company sizes, and shines a spotlight on individuals under 30 who made significant impact through ethical innovation and forward-thinking action in 2025.
Nominations are based on idea originality, leadership ability, and tangible results demonstrating how the nominee's work sets new benchmarks for the future of iGaming integrity and progress in any business area, with Irina’s standout Marketing skills in the spotlight here.

Featuring the shortlisted candidates handpicked by Casino Guru experts, the winner of this award will be chosen entirely by the public, with no intervention from judges.
